Pay Rate based on experience

Hunter International is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in New York, NY or Collegeville, PA.

The Marketing Manager will support the U.S.

pediatric and adolescent vaccines business.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and encourage a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing project management and operational support for our marketing teams across the HCP, Consumer and Adherence/Access spectrum.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

· Lead development, approval, execution and measurement of tactics/resources across brand channels in alignment with the brand strategy, supported by brand channel leads (HCP, consumer, access)

· Lead execution of consumer website updates and other patient/parent focused collateral in alignment with brand strategy

· Drive marketing plans with the team and vendors, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and all other policies and procedures.

· Support seamless execution of business operations processes such as POAs and operating/tactical planning.

· Assist the RC Captains in seamlessly running the promotional Review Committee process, from pre-submission reviews with marketing colleagues and manager to online/offline coordination with marketing and RC members.

· Manage resource inventory of the brand digital Media Hubs, making recommendations to streamline the resource offerings for an improved Ux.

Partner with HCP lead to improve utilization through multiple channels and measure progress.

· Ensure promotional materials are kept up to date at all times and manage inventory of products to support customer facing colleague needs, aligned to brand objectives.

Oversee promotional inventory management and brand label updates/promotional requirements.

· Responsible for managing project team meetings including scheduling of meetings, creating agendas in collaboration with the project leads, creating/maintaining project timelines, tracking key milestones against timelines.

· Work closely with the budget captain and budget coordinator to support management of A&P budgets including coordination with individual budget holders and agency representatives, preparing for budget review meetings, tracking of initiatives and quarterly closes, collecting relevant inputs to prepare trade-off decisions and incremental requests process.

· Assist team leads with other critical responsibilities/business planning deliverables as needed
– e.g.

leadership reports, customer facing colleague tactics, advisory boards etc.

· Conduct all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP).

· Champion customer insight and relationships as being core to our success.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required; MBA/Masters preferred

• 8+ years marketing experience is required.

Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

• Broad experience across customer segments (i.e.

HCP, patient/consumer, payer marketing)

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and demonstrate leadership with internal/external stakeholders and partners

• Proven success in influence/negotiation; able to build and maintain productive relationships Strong project management and follow-up skills

• Ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable customer insights that drive performance
