Founders First Capital is a small business accelerator, providing mentorship and flexible loans to $250K-$5M service-based companies run by diverse leaders such as women, minorities, veterans, LGBT+, and those living in low and moderate-income areas. Despite the economic downturn, we are a fast-growing, exciting business with an important mission: to provide opportunity and growth acceleration to companies led by founders from groups who have been routinely and structurally underserved for mentoring and financing programs. We have relationships with large financial institutions like the Consumer Technology Association, Kaufman Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation.

What We Will Expect From You:

  • Develop a detailed growth plan, structured processes, and a team to achieve objectives
  • Develop deep knowledge of our programs and value
  • Outreach to, share our value with, recruit, engage, and drive strong relationships with target businesses in our programs
  • Develop strong relationships with our partners and other community touchpoints to build and strengthen our ecosystem
  • Reach out and close funding and consulting deals with local small business banks 

Who We are Seeking:

  • Has high integrity
  • Persuasive, credible, well-spoken self-starter with a ?can-do? attitude
  • Has a bachelor?s degree, master?s degree preferred
  • Five (5) years experience selling to small business and exceeding goals
  • Track record of exceeding goals and timelines with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using a variety of tech platforms and apps
