Department Overview Solutions Analyst II ensures TD Bank has products and processes that are customer-oriented, scalable and cost effective to meet the market demands of our customer segments, Faster, Better, and Cheaper.

Job Description Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs Works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to execute or, facilitate business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management Provides expertise, acting as a specialist resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partners Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability Manages large projects including task and responsibility delegation, in support of Solutions initiatives Assists in developing implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategy Participates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applications Creates design for Solutions requirements Conducts business analysis, joint review sessions and facilitates processes to elicit business and functional requirements Assists in the development of specific components of the Solutions strategy Requirements Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
