As a Service Payment Specialist, you will be working with global clients and vendors to assist to register and renew domains. Additionally, you will be supporting clients to process and fulfill orders, handle escalations and problem solve any issues that arise. Most importantly, you will be part of a global leadership team with opportunities to support our clients and team members internationally.

This client is looking for candidates with positive outgoing personalities to join their already amazing team!

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Will start as a Remote work-from-home position until COVID pandemic subsides, will be expected to report to Wilmington, DE, office at that point.
  • Pay Rate: $15/hour to start (raise after probationary period)

Payment Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal teams we support
  • Cooperatively work with global Vendors to complete customer orders by building working relationships
  • Manage both a shared team queue of new work and individual processing queue
  • Partner with team to ensure all of the team’s daily orders are completed
  • Provide daily order processing commitments and meet those commitments on a consistent basis
  • Use critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions for client needs
  • Research and analysis of domain name industry related information
  • Partner with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domains projects
  • Collaborate and contribute to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency

Payment Specialist Job Requirements:

  • Detail oriented. Produce quality results on a consistent basis
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to daily/weekly deadlines
  • Tenacious and with strong problem solving skills
  • Comprehension and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and via email with global teams and Vendors
  • Process improvement oriented. Work within and across teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Able to multitask in changing environments and systems
  • Active change participant. Change happens on a daily basis in our industry
  • Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features are a plus
  • Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook: Beginner
  • Excel – basic formulas (vlookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
  • Effectively utilize multiple ordering platforms with speed and efficiency
