Manufacturing Associates


This is a Full-time position in Selbyville, DE posted August 30, 2021.

Staffmark is currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates with our premier client located in Millsboro!  No experience required, but a great attitude is a must! Temp to Hire with career & financial growth in your near future!

Starting Pay Rate: $12.45 to $13.25/HR

Fantastic Schedule(s):  Monday through Friday 8:30A to 5P OR 5P to work is completed with overtime on Saturdays as required 

There are only a few things we need from you!

Requirements of a Manufacturing Associate:

  • No experience required, but previous experience is a plus!
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
  • Willingness to learn new job skills!
  • Safety mindset!
  • Punctual & reliable!

What are you doing everyday as a Manufacturing Associate?

  • Processing & clipping chicken (whole/parts)
  • Cleaning work areas as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
