Warehouse Worker / Vault Associate

CareersUSA, a leader in the staffing industry with over 40 years of experience, has another job opportunity for you: Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Vault Associate in Wilmington, DE. Earn $14.00 per hour at this full time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Job Description: Perform all daily vault functions, including in-shipments, out-shipments and transfers of precious metals Load and unload delivery vehicles to include operating fork trucks Stock appropriate areas throughout the vault/warehouse Operate fork truck to unload pallets and heavier materials Conduct physical counts of customer holdings as assigned by the Depository Manager, in accordance to the perpetual audit policy Complete the Input/Output verification process for all incoming shipments of precious metals Prepare precious metals to be delivered via commercial courier, U.S. Postal Service, personal pick-up and armored carrier, in accordance with established company procedures Receive and processes incoming packages sent to company via commercial courier, U.S. Postal Service personal drop-off and armored carrier Deliver packages to U.S. Post Office, Federal Express and other carriers in accordance with established company guidelines Report any malfunctions or damage to warehouse lift equipment, security devices, etc. to management Update operational procedures as changes may require Perform end-of-day security procedures, including securing vault door and arming security system Perform general maintenance of the facility including routine trash clean up in and around the perimeter of the facility, light bulb replacement and other tasks Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times Communicate suspected or actual errors, inaccuracies and problems to management promptly Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements: Requirements: High School Degree or Equivalent (GED) 1 to 3 years prior shipping/receiving experience helpful Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while processing transactions Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs Knowledge of Bullion products preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge of proprietary inventory software Must have basic math skills Must have punctual and consistent attendance Contact Information: CareersUSA – Newark Ph: 302-737-3600 Fx: 302-737-3606 E-mail:
