Responsibilities: Create and maintain test automation framework and ownership of test cases and test results.Build and develop test automation for APIs and Web Services using http protocol, JSON and XMLProvide recommendations and evaluations for new designs and architecture.Manual-functional, regression, and database testing.Verify load, scalability, and performance requirements are met.Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing.Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements, defined goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify existing or potential issues.Communicate test process, test status and other relevant information to project leads.Participate in production support by troubleshooting and identifying problems.Recommend Quality Assurance best practices and helps define and champion Quality Assurance standards.Some availability during non-business hours to resolve system issues as needed.Stay current on new technologies and best practices.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience3 to 5 years Business/Quality Assurance experience with a focus on custom developed and system integration projects.2 years of automation experience.Experience in a healthcare industry preferred.Programming experience with C#, JavaScript or similar languages.Experience with System Development Life Cycle models required.Strong understanding of CI/CD.Experience with version control tools.Skilled knowledge in testing concepts, tools and methodologies.Excellent interpersonal, consultative skills.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills both oral and written.Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to effectively present to and interact with all levels of management.Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team and maintain a positive attitude.Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and analytical skills.Experience with various business and testing applications:Microsoft Office suiteFunctional Windows experience (including scripting and automation)MS SQL ServerExperience testing web/mobile UI applications.Experience testing reports and database validation.Must understand fundamentals of relational databases and be able to write low to medium complexity SQL queries.Highly adaptive and flexible to a changing environment.Work Environment/Physical DemandsThis position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer.

Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.

May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
