This is a Full-time position in Wilmington, DE posted November 24, 2021.

Customer Service –
– Marketing/Sales Support

Responsibilities include a diverse mix of operational/marketing tasks that includes:
Customer service for existing merchants (add/change services).
Assist merchants with funding issues, chargebacks, risk management
Perform rate comparisons on prospects and existing merchant statements
Learning the various online systems that help us support our merchants
Creating monthly newsletter and blogs
Assist with developing Marketing Materials and campaigns using Active
Campaign CRM System
Maintain Campaigns in CRM System
Send out Holiday Messages
Assist the Director of Operations and Marketing with new lines of business which may include researching info, putting together procedures and guidelines as well as educating other staff members on processes
Learn the various products and services that Metro has to offer such as gateways, virtual terminals, website design, etc.
Provide assistance to merchants who need a transaction researched, or need help understanding their statement
Provide support to agents who call in with questions regarding their own accounts or their merchants
Setting up merchants with gift cards and training them on how to use them
Assist others whenever possible
Sales support by providing merchant/agent training, sending sales literature, etc.
Requirements (preferred):
Provide a consistent high level of customer service; must have outstanding people skills
Excellent follow up skills.
Understand the sense of urgency and importance of accuracy
Reliable (on time to work).
Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications including: Excel, Word,
Powerpoint, etc.
Ability to learn new things quickly especially reporting tools.
Support the business mission and function as a team member.
