Job Description Administrative Assistant is needed to assist senior management with the administration of sales to the public, including wholesale, federal, state, and municipal government.

Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate and complete records of sales correspondence and invoices Answer phone calls, emails and related communications Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Job Requirements A fast learner and a self-starter capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision (training will be provided) Willingness to take on increasing responsibilities with a start -up company Candidate must have no criminal history and be willing to be fingerprinted for background check Part-time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (flexible during business hours) Additional Information talent
