Cash Applications Manager
Wilmington, DE
We are seeking a Cash Applications Manager in our Wilmington, DE office.

The cash application team works together to serve internal and external customers.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day to day activities of a team of nine cash application members who process cash receipts (checks, wires, ACH, credit card, manual deposits etc.) files and accurately applies to customer accounts in Oracle.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading a large team, identifying root cause, developing strategies to address bottlenecks and successfully implementing the necessary changes to improve the timely, accurate application of cash
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• 5+ years of Cash Application/Management experience

• Proven track record of gaining efficiencies through automation

• Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office applications a must

• Proven ability to lead a team

• Enjoys working in a team environment and with other teams

• The ability to manage multiple projects related to improving accounts payable processes.

• Is self-motivated and adapts easily to change

• Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Has excellent communication skills
